Privacy Policy
Roomsy AI (the "app") redesigns photos of your spaces using artificial intelligence. This document explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
- Photos you upload — sent temporarily to our servers and our AI provider (wiro.ai) to generate your redesign. Retention is capped at 30 days after processing, after which they're automatically deleted.
- Device identity — an anonymous identity via Firebase Authentication; it contains no personal information (name, email, phone number) and is only used to tie your free-usage allowance and subscription status to this device.
- Purchase information — subscription status is processed via RevenueCat; your payment card details never reach us and are handled directly by Apple.
- Design history and favourites — designs you create and styles you favourite are stored only on your own device and are never synced to our servers.
- Usage/diagnostic data — crash reports and basic usage statistics (Firebase), used to improve the app.
Who we share your data with
- Firebase (Google) — anonymous authentication, photo upload, and server functions (Cloud Functions).
- wiro.ai — processes your photo only while generating your redesign request.
- RevenueCat / Apple — subscription management and payment processing.
We never sell your data for advertising purposes or share it with any third party beyond this list.
Your rights
In the app, tap Account > Delete Account to instantly and permanently delete your design history, favourites, and account — no need to email us for this. If you have a request about photos temporarily held server-side, reach us at the address on our Support page; requests are processed within 30 days.
Children
The app is not directed at users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
