What does Roomsy AI do?
Take a photo of a space and upload it — AI redesigns it in the style you choose, in seconds. We offer seven features: Interior Design, Exterior Design, Landscape Design, Floor Plan, Declutter, Magic Brush and Staging.
Why did my photo fail to process?
Generation can fail on photos that are too dark, blurry, or where the space isn't clearly visible. Try again with a well-lit photo where walls and floors aren't blocked by people, doors, or large objects — the in-app Photo Guide shows good/bad examples.
How does Magic Brush work?
Tap the item in your photo you want to replace, then describe what should take its place (e.g. "a blue velvet armchair"). AI regenerates that area to match your description.
Where are my designs saved?
Every design is automatically saved to the History tab, with both the before and after photo, right on your device. You can also favourite styles you like in the Inspiration tab with the heart icon, and find them under History > Favourites.
Subscription
What subscription options are there?
Roomsy AI Pro is available as a weekly or yearly subscription. Neither includes a free trial — you're charged as soon as you complete the purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Roomsy AI Pro > Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I switched to a new device — how do I restore my subscription?
Open the app and tap Account > Restore Purchases. Any active subscription tied to your Apple account is recognised automatically.
Account & Data
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, tap Account > Delete Account and confirm — your entire design history and favourites are deleted from your device instantly, and this can't be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details on photos temporarily stored server-side.
How long are my uploaded photos kept?
Photos are sent to our servers only temporarily to generate your redesign, and are automatically deleted within 30 days at the latest.
